Account Deletion and Data Management Policy

To delete your account, follow these steps:

1. Open the Truckwiz app.

2. Navigate to Settings and then select My Profile.

3. Choose the option to delete your account.

Deleting your account will permanently remove the following information from our records:

​

• Device details associated with your account

• Email address

• Any other stored information such as permits and gazettes

​

Please note that any truck profiles you have will be retained for 30 days after the deletion of your account.

Payment Information

If you made your payments via Apple Pay or Google Play Store, please be aware that we do not store any of this information. For payments made through our website, please contact us directly to cancel your subscription and to request the removal of your payment details.
